My stay at Hawthorn Suites was quite the mixed bag. The spacious layout of the suite was impressive, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing. The breakfast offerings were enjoyable and made for a pleasant start to the day. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to offer much, yet there were significant areas that needed improvement.

My stay at Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Jacksonville was quite disappointing. While the staff were friendly and the beds comfortable, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. There were issues with dirt and maintenance in both rooms we were assigned, making it hard to enjoy my time there.

I was first put in Bldg 3, Room 331. but it was not ready for guests. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, and after moving to Bldg 2, Room 221, I still found dirt on the ceiling fan and buildup on the faucets. It was hard to feel at ease.

The front desk staff were nice. but appeared overwhelmed. When other guests complained about issues like broken phones, I could tell they were struggling to keep up with the demand. My concerns about cleanliness did not seem to be taken seriously.
